IF YOU FAIL TO GET INTO THE MEETING, TRY: - Close down ALL browser windows, and try again. - Try a different browser at http://www.getfirefox.com WHAT TO DO IF THE SYSTEM SAYS: - "Meeting ID is invalid.... " Close down your browser and try again. Contact presenter to confirm Meeting ID. - "Meeting is over....." Contact presenter to get a new Meeting ID. - "Username or Password is invalid......" Close all browser windows, then login with a slightly different name. Check the invitation email for correct info. - No Join Button: The join button shows up 15 minutes before a meeting starts. Refresh your browser when the meeting is about to start if you don't see it. - No security warning when you login: Update your version of Java at www.java.com then try to login again. You may have to close down your browser or restart. |
